My name is Cassie Edwards-Smith and I am residential conveyance at TML Solicitors.

I have been in the field of conveyancing for the past 8 years. I joined TML in August 2021 in their Residential department.

I completed my law degree at Liverpool John Moores University and the LPC at Leicester De Montfort University.

I am currently in the process of completing my qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer.

I have extensive experience in dealing with straightforward transactions as well as the more complex matters within residential property. These include buying and selling both freehold and leasehold residential properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, Help to Buy transactions, shared ownership, New Build transactions, unregistered land, acting on behalf of first time buyers and dealing with Help to buy and life time ISA’s.

I work in a professional manner dealing with all transactions and I have excellent communication skills, allowing me to liaise with third parties appropriately.

In my spare time I enjoy engaging arts and crafts work, reading and spending time with my family.
