I have read and agree to TML Solicitors’ terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. and authorise them to conduct soft credit searches on my behalf through its provider, Valid8 IP Ltd, with no impact on my credit score. I also agree to Valid8 IP’s privacy Policy. I understand that in order to verify my eligibility TML Solicitors will conduct a soft credit check through our providers Valid8 Ltd, Checkboard Ltd and/or Valifi Limited, who will receive an Electronic Credit Report from Equifax, Experian and/or Transunion and pass on all information collected about me to TML Solicitors. I also agree to Valid8 IP’s privacy policy and Checkboard’s privacy policy and terms and conditions. A soft footprint will be retained on my credit file which will not affect my credit score. Before you enter into this Agreement, please note that you have the right to pursue your motor finance mis selling claim with the lender directly, through the Financial Ombudsman Service or any public compensation scheme, including any industry wide redress scheme that the FCA will introduce. Whilst we will always strive to get you the maximum amount of compensation possible, there is no guarantee that we will recover any more than you may achieve if you pursued the claim on your own.
